Biography
Beatrice Gallori was born in Montevarchi in 1978 (AR). After moving to Prato, she obtained her Classical High School Diploma at the Liceo Classico Cicognini in 1996. After her studies, however, she realised her passion for fashion and design by attending Polimoda (FI) and specialised in FASHION DESIGN and KNITTING in 2001. Thus began her artistic training as a self-taught artist. In 2007, she began to collaborate with galleries; her works are monochromatic and volumetric, she began to study movement and recreate it on canvas through a time lapse of the same. Her artistic path passes through other languages: sculpture (ceramic and polymer) and video and her works are presented in various exhibition projects. In recent years, her works have been presented at major Italian and international contemporary art fairs and have appeared in both group and solo exhibitions in various public and institutional spaces. Today, her research is focused on the study of cellular movement, which the artist observes and regenerates in his works, providing the viewer with a deeper insight into life and society.
Her works are present in various Italian and international public and private collections and she continues her work with various galleries.
