Aria Art Gallery in Florence is pleased to announce its participation in the tenth edition of Contemporary Istanbul Contemporary Art Fair, which will take place in the Turkish city from 12 to 15 November 2015 at the Istanbul Congress Center (ICC).
Aria Art Gallery will exhibit of its most representative artists, featuring works ranging from the hyperrealism of American sculptor Carole Feuerman, to subtle light plays, the distinctive feature of Fabrizio Corneli’s career, to the installation videos of Michelangelo Bastiani. The thread that combines the work of the five artists is the investigation of the perception of reality, experienced through different paths and means, which bring, from a figurative point of view. The represented reality assumes an almost dreamlike, illusory form. Each artist places his Maya veil between us and reality, to give rise to a world that is almost an optical illusion, filtered from different screens, at times antithetical.
