Aria Art Gallery is pleased to announce its participation in Roma Arte in Nuvola 2025, taking place from November 21 to 23 at the La Nuvola Congress Center, with a solo exhibition by Daniele Sigalot.
At booth F18, the gallery will present a selection of works that showcase the breadth of Sigalot’s artistic language, engaging in a continuous dialogue of critical irony, conceptual play, and experimentation with forms and materials. His practice is distinguished by the ability to transform familiar elements into surprising images, creating works that are simultaneously joyful, cynical, and thought-provoking, encouraging subtle reflection on the art system and contemporary life.
Born in Rome in 1976, Daniele Sigalot comes from the advertising world, an experience that shaped his direct and provocative language. Since 2007, he has devoted himself entirely to art, participating in over 40 international exhibitions and showing in major museums and institutions in Italy and abroad.
During the fair, Sigalot will also present his iconic performance “Writer’s Block”. Through this symbolic act, he playfully confronts his fear of writing and the “writer’s block,” drawing an ironic analogy with Gino De Dominicis’ famous Mozzarella in carrozza. The performance transforms his creative blockage into a tangible artistic experience, exorcising fear through humor and material experimentation.
